Top Navigation Bar—As you move your mouse over a major topic tab in the top navigation, the list of links (subtopics) within that section appear in the red bar below the tab. To select a subtopic, move your mouse straight down from the tab into the red bar. Then, move your mouse to the desired link and click. The selected page displays. The major topic tab you are in at the top of the page will change color. It will remain colored until you make a different tab selection.
